Food Storage

  • BioFresh with HydroBreeze: Do you want to cool fruit and vegetables like professionals? You’ll be inspired by HydroBreeze. The cold mist combined with a temperature in the safe of around 0 °C gives food that extra a boost for longer shelf life. And it creates a genuine visual wow effect. HydroBreeze is activated every 90 minutes for 4 seconds and for 8 seconds when the door is opened.
 
  • NoFrost: When you open your freezer, you want to see frozen food – and certainly not ice and frost. NoFrost protects the freezer compartment from unwanted icing, which consumes a lot of energy and can be expensive. NoFrost means no more tedious and time-consuming defrosting of the freezer compartment, more time for other things – and saving money.
 
  • Fruit & Vegetable safe: Crunchy salad and strawberries: the most delicate foods deserve a special place so they stay fresh longer – in BioFresh safes. In the Fruit & Vegetable safe the temperature is close to 0°C. Combined here with the constant humidity, thanks to the air-tight closure, unpackaged fruit and vegetables feel particularly at home. You do not have to adjust anything.
 
  • DuoCooling: DuoCooling uses two completely separate refrigeration circuits to ensure no air is exchanged between the fridge and freezer compartments. The food neither dries out nor is odour transferred. This means throwing less away, shopping less often, but saving more and greater enjoyment.
 
  • SuperFrost: Want to freeze your fresh food in a way that preserves vitamins? Simply activate SuperFrost – and the freezer compartment will increase its cooling capacity. In this way, the temperature remains constant when you place in unfrozen food. SuperFrost is also energy-saving: if you don't switch off the function manually, it automatically deactivates itself after 65 hours.

Water & Cooling

  • InfinitySpring: A source of fresh, cool drinking water in your kitchen. InfinitySpring sounds like something from a fairy tale. The water dispenser enables drip-free water dispensing and provides fresh, cold water. Simply press the panel with the carafe or glass, and enjoy the water. This enables you to save on purchasing bottles of water and to live more sustainably.
 
  • IceMaker with fixed water connection: Are there any ice cubes left? The IceMaker means you never have to ask. With the IceMaker with fixed water connection, the water comes directly from the tap. The MaxIce function allows you to produce up to 1.5 kg of ice cubes a day. The versatile ice compartment divider lets you choose the amount of ice cubes you want to store; easy and just as you like it.
 
  • PowerCooling system: Do you want to be sure that the cold is distributed as evenly as possible in your refrigerator? If so, the PowerCooling system is what you need. The fan – as powerful as it is quiet – distributes the cold air efficiently throughout the entire refrigeration compartment.
 
  • InfinitySpring water filter: Fresh and clear: Thanks to the InfinitySpring water filter, you can enjoy healthy drinking water from your household water supply. The FreshAir activated charcoal filter purifies and provides clean water for drinks and refreshments. And your Liebherr reminds you to change the filter via a display.

Lighting

  • Ambient Light: Light creates special design effects – and this includes in your refrigerator with our ambient lighting. The all-round lighting creates unique effects in the interior. And, together with the rear wall in SmartSteel design and the black high-gloss fan, it creates an atmospheric ambience.
 
  • Light Tower: Enjoy an optimally illuminated interior: the LightTower shows off the food in its best light and is positioned so that all of your filled fridge is illuminated at all times. The flush mounting of the LightTower in the sidewalls means there is also more space for your food.
 
  • LED IceMaker: Allow yourself a small moment of happiness every day – by simply taking a look at your fresh ice cubes. The IceMaker lighting coolly places your ice cubes centre stage. The LED lighting activates automatically when the door is opened. The illuminated ice cubes are fun to look at – and whet your appetite for an ice-cold drink
 
  • LED freezer compartment: The LED freezer compartment lighting ensures your freezer drawers are pleasantly lit. This makes it even easier for you to find the food you want. The energy-efficient LED unit is elegantly positioned above the drawers to save space.
 
  • LED IceMaker: Allow yourself a small moment of happiness every day – by simply taking a look at your fresh ice cubes. The IceMaker lighting coolly places your ice cubes centre stage. The LED lighting activates automatically when the door is opened. The illuminated ice cubes are fun to look at – and whet your appetite for an ice-cold drink.
 
  • LED BioFresh: Experience the pleasure of brightly lit fresh fruit and vegetables. The LED BioFresh lighting shows off the contents of your BioFresh safe in its best light. The lighting is positioned centrally above the BioFresh safes and supplemented by LED light columns on both sides. These extend into the topmost BioFresh safe ensuring bright illumination.

Modes

  • CleaningMode: Until now, you had to make a decision when cleaning the refrigerator: do I switch it off to save energy, or leave it switched on so I can see? The CleaningMode removes this dilemma. The refrigeration switches off while the lights stay on. This means you can stay totally relaxed while cleaning your Liebherr.
 
  • PartyMode: Now your ready for the guests to come – because your Liebherr is also in a party mood. As soon as you switch on PartyMode, it reliably provides ice-cold drinks and an extra portion of ice cubes. PartyMode activates functions such as SuperCool and maximum ice production. After 24 hours, your Liebherr automatically returns to its normal mode.
 
  • HolidayMode: Are you going away? Then why not send your Liebherr on holiday too? In HolidayMode, the fan and SuperCool are switched off and your refrigerator regulates its temperature to +15 °C. This saves electricity but still prevents unpleasant odours. The freezer compartment, of course, remains switched on.
 
  • SabbathMode: On the Sabbath, all activities are at rest – this also applies to electrical appliances. Your Liebherr takes this into account. In SabbathMode, all the fridge lighting is switched off, as are all sounds, noises and the display. After 80 hours, the SabbathMode deactivates.
 
  • EnergySaving: Do you want to save energy and money at the same time? Your Liebherr will help you do just that – with the energy-saving mode. When you activate the EnergySaver, the standard temperature increases by two degrees. This means your Liebherr needs even less power – and your food stays optimally fresh.

Technology & Connected Device

  • Touch & Swipe display: Control of your Liebherr at your fingertips: thanks to the Touch & Swipe display, you can operate your refrigerator intuitively and with ease. Simply select functions such as SuperCool on the colour display by tapping and swiping. The temperature is controlled just as easily. And, what if you are not actively using the display? Well, it then shows you the actual temperature.
 
  • Integrated SmartDeviceBox: Your Liebherr may well be standing in the kitchen – but if you want, it can also be connected to the Internet at any time. The integrated SmartDeviceBox opens the door to all the Smart Home benefits. Simply plug it in, switch it on and connect your Liebherr to the network via Wi-Fi.
 
  • Separate Temperature Control: Every food item has its optimum temperature – whether frozen or chilled. Your fridge-freezer combination, therefore, has separate refrigeration circuits. This allows you to control the temperatures in the fridge and freezer compartments independently of each other. Choose exactly the right temperature for your food in every situation. Very simple and reliable.
 
  • language Settings: From now on, you and your Liebherr will always get along fine – because it speaks your language. The variable language setting makes this possible. When you start up the appliance, simply select from twelve languages on the display – and operate your Liebherr in the language of your choice.

Interior & Doors

  • SmartSteel Interior: SmartSteel on the inside door and rear wall gives your Liebherr a stylish look and feel. Your food will also love SmartSteel as stainless steel is food-safe and hygienic. SmartSteel also reduces the visibility of fingerprints – making the appearance even more pleasing.
 
  • Replaceable Door Seals: Do you think the door seal on your Liebherr needs to be replaced after a few years? This is very easy to do yourself. The replaceable door seal can be removed in a few simple steps – and the new seal is just as easy to insert. As a result, this part of the refrigerator is always spotless and hygienically clean.
 
  • Reminder: Do you have a lot to do, and don't want to have to remember everything all the time? Well, it’s a good thing you have a Liebherr. It automatically reminds you when it's time for servicing and maintenance. You will be informed, for example, in good time when the air or water filter needs to be replaced. And for you, this means greater safety and convenience.
 
  • FreshAir activated carbon filter: The smell of some foods is sometimes less pleasant. However, this is no problem for your Liebherr. Thanks to FreshAir activated carbon filters, there is always fresh air in the interior. The filter is located right on the air flow in the fan housing and neutralises odours as far as possible. The display reminds you to change the filter.
 
  • Cold Storage Accumulators: The cold storage accumulators make themselves doubly useful - both indoors and outdoors. Inside the freezer, in the event of a power failure, they supply the frozen food with cold for a while. And on trip out, they are on hand to chill your food and drinks. Of course, in SmartFrost models, they are stored in the roof of the freezer compartment to save space.
 
  • SoftSystem: From breakfast to a midnight snack – a fridge needs to be open and closed on many occasions. And your Liebherr makes this is a lot of fun. With the SoftSystem, your fridge door closes softly and safely, and in a way which is pleasantly quiet and light. Bottles stored in the inside door remain securely in place – nothing rattles or wobbles.

Alarms

  • Temperature: In your Liebherr freezer, food is safe even in the event of a fault: the temperature alarm reliably warns you the moment the temperature reaches a critical level. No only do you hear this alarm, but you also see it. The display shows how far the temperature has risen. You can of course switch off the alarm manually.
 
  • Door:Your Liebherr's door alarm ensures that you don't use up energy unnecessarily and spoil food. The moment the fridge door is left open for too long, it alerts you – with a pulsating light and a warning tone. However, you decide how long is “too long”. Depending on the setting, the door alarm is triggered after 1, 2 or 3 minutes.
 
  • Power Failure: Your Liebherr is a real guardian angel for your food. In the event of a power failure, it reliably sounds the alarm. Not only do you hear the alarm, but you can also see it. The display shows the highest temperature reached in the freezing compartment. However, you are never alerted unnecessarily. If there is no critical rise in temperature during a brief power failure, the alarm will not go off.

Drawers, Shelves and Accessories

  • SoftTelescopic: Look forward to opening your BioFresh safes. And this is not just because of the fresh food – but also because opening is so easy, and closing is automatic and cushioned. The telescopic rails slide the safe gently towards you. And because these extend fully, you have the best overview of the contents.
 
  • Sapce for Baking Trays: Do you want to keep that home-baked fruit pie fresh? Or maybe a prepared pizza to be baked later on? If so, simply slide your baking tray into your Liebherr ¬- it has plenty of space for storing a baking tray. Really convenient – you can slide the baking tray in and out when the door is opened at 90°.
 
  • Display Lock: An illuminated display is a magnet for children's hands – your Liebherr also knows that. That's why there is the display lock. It ensures the settings on your refrigerator are not changed unintentionally. You can also, of course, simply deactivate the display lock.
 
  • Bottle Timer: Done this before? You place a bottle of wine in the ice compartment so that it chills quickly – and forget about it. This will never happen again with the BottleTimer: it provides extra fast cooling by activating SuperFrost. And as soon as the bottle has reached the optimum temperature, your Liebherr reminds you via the app to take it out of the ice compartment.
 
  • Butter Dish: You can also expect a lot of your butter dish. The butter dish should be timelessly beautiful and fit perfectly into the refrigerator's inside door. Through the transparent lid you can see how much butter is left at all times. The dishwasher-safe lid and base section also interlock so securely that you can carry the dish holding the lid with one hand.
 
  • Egg Tray 2in1: Do you like chicken eggs? So does your Liebherr – that's why it has the 2in1 egg tray. This not only provides space for up to 20 chicken eggs, but also for up to 24 quail eggs. The egg tray consists of an outer and an inner part which can be slid into each other in different ways. By turning the tray over, the quail egg holes can be used.
 
  • Freezer Tray: Do you want your frozen berries to be fresh and firm after defrosting – and to not turn into a compote? The freezer tray is ideal for this type of delicate food. When spread out well on the plastic tray, fruits and herbs freeze quickly and without being squashed. You can easily insert the freezer tray in the freezer drawer and remove it again.
 
  • FlexSystem: Small and delicate fruit in the refrigerator can easily roll out of sight or become crushed. That's why your Liebherr comes with the FlexSystem. Two flexibly positionable boxes in the BioFresh safe ensure everything is clearly arranged and organised. And they also safely protect even the smallest raspberry from bruising or from being mixed up with other foods.
