Food Storage

  • EasyFresh: The guarantee of market freshness in the home is our EasyFresh-Safe. Whether it’s unpackaged vegetables or fruit, this ensures optimal storage for everything. Thanks to the air-tight closure, the food causes the humidity in the safe to rise. This keeps the food fresh for a long time.
 
  • NoFrost: When you open your freezer, you want to see frozen food – and certainly not ice and frost. NoFrost protects the freezer compartment from unwanted icing, which consumes a lot of energy and can be expensive. NoFrost means no more tedious and time-consuming defrosting of the freezer compartment, more time for other things – and saving money.
 
  • DuoCooling: DuoCooling uses two completely separate refrigeration circuits to ensure no air is exchanged between the fridge and freezer compartments. The food neither dries out nor is odour transferred. This means throwing less away, shopping less often, but saving more and greater enjoyment.
 
  • SuperFrost: Want to freeze your fresh food in a way that preserves vitamins? Simply activate SuperFrost – and the freezer compartment will increase its cooling capacity. In this way, the temperature remains constant when you place in unfrozen food. SuperFrost is also energy-saving: if you don't switch off the function manually, it automatically deactivates itself after 65 hours.
 
  • SuperCool: You want your fridge to maintain the optimum temperature, even if you have just put shopping in from the market which has been warmed by the sun? This is a case for SuperCool. Once activated, your Liebherr boosts its performance until the fresh food is as cool as the rest of the contents. SuperCool then switches off automatically – after 12 hours at the latest.

Interior & Doors

  • Replaceable Door Seals: Do you think the door seal on your Liebherr needs to be replaced after a few years? This is very easy to do yourself. The replaceable door seal can be removed in a few simple steps – and the new seal is just as easy to insert. As a result, this part of the refrigerator is always spotless and hygienically clean.
 
  • FreshAir activated carbon filter: The smell of some foods is sometimes less pleasant. However, this is no problem for your Liebherr. Thanks to FreshAir activated carbon filters, there is always fresh air in the interior. The filter is located right on the air flow in the fan housing and neutralises odours as far as possible. The display reminds you to change the filter.

Modes

  • CleaningMode: Until now, you had to make a decision when cleaning the refrigerator: do I switch it off to save energy, or leave it switched on so I can see? The CleaningMode removes this dilemma. The refrigeration switches off while the lights stay on. This means you can stay totally relaxed while cleaning your Liebherr.
 
  • PartyMode: Now your ready for the guests to come – because your Liebherr is also in a party mood. As soon as you switch on PartyMode, it reliably provides ice-cold drinks and an extra portion of ice cubes. PartyMode activates functions such as SuperCool and maximum ice production. After 24 hours, your Liebherr automatically returns to its normal mode.
 
  • HolidayMode: Are you going away? Then why not send your Liebherr on holiday too? In HolidayMode, the fan and SuperCool are switched off and your refrigerator regulates its temperature to +15 °C. This saves electricity but still prevents unpleasant odours. The freezer compartment, of course, remains switched on.
 
  • SabbathMode: On the Sabbath, all activities are at rest – this also applies to electrical appliances. Your Liebherr takes this into account. In SabbathMode, all the fridge lighting is switched off, as are all sounds, noises and the display. After 80 hours, the SabbathMode deactivates.
 
  • EnergySaving: Do you want to save energy and money at the same time? Your Liebherr will help you do just that – with the energy-saving mode. When you activate the EnergySaver, the standard temperature increases by two degrees. This means your Liebherr needs even less power – and your food stays optimally fresh.

Technology & Connected Device

  • Touch: Fingertip control: the touch display enables easy and intuitive operation of your Liebherr. All functions are clearly arranged on the display. By gently tapping a finger, for example, you can easily select the functions or check the current temperature of your refrigerator.
 
  • Retrofittable SmartDeviceBox: Want to be prepared for the future of the Smart Home? Your Liebherr will be happy to help. You can retrofit it with a SmartDeviceBox which will connect your Liebherr to the Internet. The SmartDeviceBox can be installed in just a few steps and will open up the whole world of digital possibilities to you today.
 
  • Separate Temperature Control: Every food item has its optimum temperature – whether frozen or chilled. Your fridge-freezer combination, therefore, has separate refrigeration circuits. This allows you to control the temperatures in the fridge and freezer compartments independently of each other. Choose exactly the right temperature for your food in every situation. Very simple and reliable.
 

Alarms

  • Temperature: In your Liebherr freezer, food is safe even in the event of a fault: the temperature alarm reliably warns you the moment the temperature reaches a critical level. No only do you hear this alarm, but you also see it. The display shows how far the temperature has risen. You can of course switch off the alarm manually.
 
  • Door: Your Liebherr's door alarm ensures that you don't use up energy unnecessarily and spoil food. The moment the fridge door is left open for too long, it alerts you – with a pulsating light and a warning tone. However, you decide how long is “too long”. Depending on the setting, the door alarm is triggered after 1, 2 or 3 minutes.
 

Drawers, Shelves and Accessories

  • Drawers: Convenient to pull out and push in: the drawer has plenty of extra space. And when you pull it out, it slides out gently, as it rests on telescopic rails. The drawer slides back in just as gently and quietly.
 
  • Space for Baking Trays: Do you want to keep that home-baked fruit pie fresh? Or maybe a prepared pizza to be baked later on? If so, simply slide your baking tray into your Liebherr ¬- it has plenty of space for storing a baking tray. Really convenient – you can slide the baking tray in and out when the door is opened at 90°.
 
  • Display Lock: An illuminated display is a magnet for children's hands – your Liebherr also knows that. That's why there is the display lock. It ensures the settings on your refrigerator are not changed unintentionally. You can also, of course, simply deactivate the display lock.
 
  • Bottle Timer: Done this before? You place a bottle of wine in the ice compartment so that it chills quickly – and forget about it. This will never happen again with the BottleTimer: it provides extra fast cooling by activating SuperFrost. And as soon as the bottle has reached the optimum temperature, your Liebherr reminds you via the app to take it out of the ice compartment.
   
  • Egg Tray: Do you want to store eggs in your refrigerator safely and without a box? This is no problem with the egg tray. This will store up to 10 chicken eggs, keeping them stable and protected, and well cooled. The tray fits both in the inside door and on the glass shelves.

  • LED Ceiling Lighting: The LED ceiling lighting illuminates the interior from above – providing a good overview of your food. Another highlight: the LEDs are positioned in front of the glass shelves so that even a full refrigerator is well lit.
